Los Angeles, CA — We are delighted to announce the immediate availability of SQQUID’s new integration with Shopify — one of many popular integration options supported by Sqquid for POS, ERP and e-commerce applications.

Shopify provides tools for retailers to sell online, on social media, or in person. And with SQQUID, any retailer can now easily connect their Shopify-based online sales channel to their POS or ERP.

Future-proofing your Shopify storefronts

By using the latest Shopify API version (with multi-location fulfillment feature), SQQUID ensures that our customers’ Shopify integrations will continue to function properly even after Shopify stops supporting older API version on August 1, 2018 (which may catch some older integrations off guard, interrupting catalog and order data flows).

SQQUID’s integration also takes full advantage of Shopify’s new API call throttling. Older integrations, built for older API versions, may use simplistic API call timing (e.g. 2 calls per second) which, in combination with the new API’s need for more calls per product, will results in much longer product updates. By using our proprietary queueing and bursting technology, SQQUID’s integration is optimized for Shopify’s API call throttling and delivers significantly faster performance.

In addition to reliable and timely catalog and inventory sync, users can take advantage of SQQUID’s powerful and flexible Merchandising to create channel-specific modifications to product information and pricing. And multi-location retailers (with stores and/or warehouses) can save on shipping costs and cut delivery times with Sqquid’s Shipment Consolidation, Geo-Routing and Drop Shipping.
