Plans scale with your usage. If you exceed a plan limit for two consecutive months, we'll automatically move you to the lowest plan that supports your usage. We'll notify you after the first month. One-time spikes won't change your plan.
Plan limits and automatic adjustments
Sqquid plans are based on monthly usage, including connected channels, locations, and orders.
If your account exceeds one or more limits included with your current plan during a billing month, we'll notify you. No plan change will occur after the first month.
If your account exceeds a plan limit again during the immediately following billing month, your account will automatically move to the lowest available plan that supports your current usage. The new plan and price will take effect beginning with your next billing cycle.
If usage returns within your plan limits during the following month, the upgrade sequence resets. This means a one-time seasonal or temporary usage spike will not cause your plan to change.
For Enterprise accounts, usage beyond the included Enterprise limits does not trigger another plan change. Published Enterprise usage charges apply instead:
- Additional locations above 10: $99 per location/month
- Additional orders above 1,500: $0.15 per order
- Custom integrations, development, and optional services are quoted separately.
Sqquid will notify the account owner before any automatic plan change takes effect.
