No. Most of our users can easily set up and launch Sqquid without any developer or IT support. Our intuitive platform empowers retailers to fully manage their integrations, eliminating the need for coding or technical expertise.
Why do you need my payment information for the starter (free) plan?
We ask for payment details when you sign up for the Starter plan to ensure uninterrupted service if you decide to upgrade or exceed the Starter plan limits. Rest assured, you won't be charged anything while you're on the free plan, and you can cancel your account at any time.
Is customer support available for the Starter (free) plan? What if I need help getting started?
Yes! Our Starter plan includes access to our Helpdesk, featuring helpful video guides and detailed articles. These resources are designed to support you through the setup process and help you start managing your orders and inventory smoothly.
How do I switch or upgrade to a different plan?
Switching to another plan will happen intuitively when you use our software. When you add channels or locations you will see the upgrade prompt once you are reaching your plan limits. You'll be notified via email and through our notifications in the app in case you were upgraded due to order volume increases.

Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
Once you cancel the account, you will still be able to use the account until the end of your billing cycle.
To cancel, log in to your Sqquid account, go to "Settings", select "Account", and click "Close my Account" below the plan details.
