We ask for payment details when you sign up for the Starter plan to ensure uninterrupted service if you decide to upgrade or exceed the Starter plan limits. Rest assured, you won't be charged anything while you're on the free plan, and you can cancel your account at any time.
Yes! Our Starter plan includes access to our Helpdesk, featuring helpful video guides and detailed articles. These resources are designed to support you through the setup process and help you start managing your orders and inventory smoothly.
Switching to another plan will happen intuitively when you use our software. When you add channels or locations you will see the upgrade prompt once you are reaching your plan limits. You'll be notified via email and through our notifications in the app in case you were upgraded due to order volume increases.

Once you cancel the account, you will still be able to use the account until the end of your billing cycle.
To cancel, log in to your Sqquid account, go to "Settings", select "Account", and click "Close my Account" below the plan details.
